The Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki

The first one is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kyosaki. I have seen this book advertised on youtube and on different platforms which made me curious about what this book was all about.  It talks about money and how we can use it as a vessel to make us rich. It also talks about 2 kinds of dads with their different beliefs and personalities. It also talks about the difference between assets and liabilities. I, for one, was so amazed at the way the story was presented in the book.

I feel like I was one of the little boys in the story. I could picture the rich dad explaining to me how money works in our society in a manner that can be understood by any reader.

I have learned a lot from this book and it helps me how to use my money wisely. I  wish I had read this book early on in life like when I was a teenager or younger.

The Richest Man In Babylon by George S. Clason

The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason is the second book that I have read that amazed me about money. This is about a man seeking advice on how to become rich. Here is the link to the book: https://amzn.to/3AIWmTB

This book talks about the ancient ways of business dealings and financial advice that are still very much useful in today’s world. It talks about the seven cures for a man with a lean purse.

The practical ways how to deal with money are outlined in the book. The advice they gave never grows old even though the setting of the story is back in the olden days.

I do love reading this book because it teaches life lessons about money. This book helps me widen my horizon in the money sector.

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

The third book I read that touch me is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It’s a very valuable book that was published in 1937. It is inspired by the wisdom of the famous and rich Andrew Carnegie about money. Here is a link to the book https://amzn.to/3THAMFw

It also talks about the power of the mind and how it can influence a person’s goals regarding money and career.  One’s desire and imagination to get riches are one of the topics in the book.

As a tip, it is always good to highlight the topics or sentences you read in the book that touches your heart or are meaningful to you. It’s also smart to take down notes of the things you will learn in the book and internalize it.

Of course, when we read we wouldn’t remember everything so it is wise to take down notes all the time to get the main points of the book. Checking the summary is different from really reading the whole book.

Learn To Earn by Peter Lynch

I love the book Learn To Earn by Peter Lynch and I just love reading it over and over again. Every story and business talk that is shared in this book encourages me to invest wisely. Here is the link to the book: https://amzn.to/3XblAmQ

It’s about investing in companies that you are more familiar with. The book teaches me about what is investing and how anyone can invest in different sectors. This book is for people who want to learn the basics of investing because it was never taught in school.
