A few years ago, I came across an article about blogging that made me curious about it. I tried to read a little further and made a website which was something I didn’t know that much about. It turns out it wasn’t my website and there and then my interest died down with it.
Not until this year that I came across the article from Finsavvy Panda which gave me hope in the blogging world. I dive deeper and read more articles about it which gave me back my interest in the said passion. I realized that I should go for it because it was something I care about and I love writing.
Although in all honesty, I’m not the best writer in town I do love to write and talk about financial things and passive income ideas. I’ve always shared my business ideas and saving money tips with my friends and collaborated with them. So this time, I want to share it all with you.

The first article I read was The Treasure Map To Blogging Success, it was amazing. It blew me away. It opened a lot of doors for me. I thought blogging was just simply writing about what you are passionate about.
It’s more than that. It entails creating my website. In the book, I was guided every step of the way on how to set up my website.
The feeling of having my very own brand name gave me more confidence than I ever had before. It also includes all the plugins necessary to keep the website up and running in the best condition possible. It has all the recommendations needed to have a professional website as any blogger does.
Now, I do feel I’m on the right path on this journey. Bluehost is by far the most recommended hosting website I have come across in all my readings.
The Ultimate Power Up Budget Binder is a good tool to organize my blogging plan all year round. It gives me peace of mind that I have the right organizing tool in my journey in the blogging world.
I do have my very own notebook on top of it and I do refer to everything that I do in the Binder just to get the feel of how it is to be a real blogger.
I said to myself one day that if I’m going to do blogging then I might as well do it the right way. I have learned from my mistakes before and from this day onwards I will pursue my dream of being a blogger.
The next question in my mind was, how am I going to tell the world about my blog? Where do I start? I don’t even know how to make a template. Canva is the way to do it. This is where I was able to create my very own template and design it for free.
My imagination and creativity came to life with all the designs. I can pick and choose based on my personality and style.
I never thought I have that creative nature in me not until I tried to navigate and use the website. I also created my logo via Canva.

The whole instruction is in The Treasure Map To Blogging Success. If ever I get lost I go back to my guide and refresh myself even until this day. I still refer to my guide because one reading is not enough to grasp the information since I don’t have much background in the digital world.

The template I designed in Canva is the one that I downloaded on Pinterest to make a pin that directs to my website. Then, this is where I want to create traffic to my blog on Pinterest. It’s pretty straightforward, simple, and easy to understand.
To gain more confidence in my journey of blogging, I purchased a legal bundle from Amira. This is to protect my website from anyone with bad intentions and with that legal bundle, people will take the website more seriously and professionally.
I feel more protected writing my blog because I have the legalities with it. This is a new level now, since back then I used to think I can just write and post but I never thought that there is legalities behind the scenes.
I’m still in the learning face and I still ask my mentor Finsavvy Panda for advice related to my website. Blogging has been an exciting journey for me. But then again, there is so much to learn about it and so much to say.
